There are a couple different ways you could do it. You could create “ego feeds” so that every time a specific word comes up the feed updates in your RSS feed reader. There are more details on Ego Feeds here:
Another option would be to merge the feeds and filter them for specific keywords using PHP scripts, the merged feed would dynamically update when the keyword occurs. The scripts (RSSMesh and RSSFilter) can be found here:
