The answer could be over at Twitter, have you read their Copyright Policy and/or Terms of Agreement.

Sometimes there are restrictions to what’s allowed on other sites. You can go to the bottom of Twitter’s page and look through these agreements.

Ususally, they’re indexed in such a way as to make it easy for you to pin-point your issue.
